Thompson Thrift Development, Inc, an Indiana corporation, acting on behalf of Norgren, LLC, has filed a petition for inclusion into South Englewood Sanitation District No. 1 of a 14.561-acre parcel located at 5400 South Delaware Street, Littleton, CO 80120.
Notice of this public hearing has been published as required by law. All interested persons shall appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
