The engineering firm, Kennedy Jenks, manages the District’s maintenance programs, prepares capital improvement projects, and is the communication link between the District and its customers.

DES Pipeline Maintenance has a contract with South Englewood Sanitation District No.1 for sewer line maintenance for sewer facilities outside the Englewood City Limits. DES’s crews televise and jet the District’s main lines on a regular basis.
(The city of Englewood maintains the sewer facilities within the city limits on behalf of the District.)

Board Meetings
The South Englewood Sanitation District No. 1 Board of Directors meets the first Tuesday of each month at 4:30 pm with the exception of July due to the holiday. This is a public meeting. The Board meets at the Englewood Public Library (Anderson Conference Room) located at 1000 Englewood Pkwy, Englewood, CO 80110. The 2021 meeting dates are as follows:
